It’s been a busy summer for Preziosi, Nicholson and Associates on the charity front. With September and autumn just around the corner, we thought it’d be a good idea to take a look back and recap this summer’s events.

We sponsored and attended the Jimmy Rollins’ Basebowl 2012 tournament, benefitting the Arthritis Foundation and the Rollins Family Foundation in their united fight against child arthritis. Thanks to the foundations, as well as Lucky Strike, for having us and for helping this important cause.

Preziosi, Nicholson & Associates and Frankino Foundation also sponsored the Terri Lynne Lokoff Child Care Foundation‘s 24th annual Golf, Bridge & Games Classic, which benefits nonprofit childcare centers around Philadelphia—a vitally important cause.

The event included appearances by former Phillies pitcher Tommy Greene, former Temple & Eagles player Dan Klecko, Eagles announcer Merrill Reese and WIP personality Paul Jolovitz. We were proud to be a part of it!

Hunter Pence’s “Let’s Go Eat” Food and Fun Fest raised money for PhilabundanceMake-a-Wish Foundation and Phillies Charities. We also got to see Cheryl Nicholson take on John Mayberry Jr. in ping pong and win!

The LGPA ShopRite Classic Pro-Am tournament gave us the opportunity to hit the links alongside professional golfer Selanee Henderson. The tournament raised money for over 20 charity organizations including Ronald McDonald House and Boy Scouts of America.

A few months ago we took part in the Bowl with the Birds night, which supports the Variety Foundation. The event gave kids and us a chance to meet players from the Philadelphia Eagles while bowling for fun. Not only did we raise money, but also had a great time doing it!
